Perfume

Following the tremendous response to Miss You Nights and Dream Maker, Cliff wanted to create a perfume for evening use.   After mulling over the list of his favourite songs, he chose Devil Woman, with its sultry and moody character.

Devil Woman is a heady blend of fruity and musky ingredients from exotic lands.   The citrus top notes of grapefruit and bergamot develop into the rosy heart of the scent, which is dominated by a French cassis - a black-currant which smells as delicious as it tastes in wine!   The longevity of the perfume is due to vanilla from Madagascar and benzoin, a resin from Indonesia, blended with musk and precious woods.  

StarScents have added new product to the Dream Maker range.   In time for Christmas there will be a scented candle and a new luxury gift box containing eau de parfum, body lotion and foam bath.   Dream Maker is a floral scent, with notes of citrus fruit and a hint of peach, combined with flowers - among them rose, geranium, magnolia and heliotrope, along with touches of amber and ginger.

And of course Cliff's first perfume Miss You Nights - a warm floral-oriental scent containing rose, jasmine and ylang ylang, with sandalwood - is still available!

Cliff goes into the Hotel Business

In 2004 Cliff went into the hotel business for the first time! After announcing his partnership with Arora International in a new hotel in Manchester, he officially opened it in June that year and, since then, it has won two Highly Commended  prizes at the Manchester Tourism Awards 2004  - for Best Large Hotel and Outstanding Customer Service.

Situated in the heart of Manchester's city centre, the Arora International has 141 bedrooms - five of them specifically themed to feature artwork and memorabilia from Cliff's personal collection - Summer Holiday, Congratulations, Dreaming, Move It and Heathcliff.   Complementing the hotel is the acclaimed Obsidian Bar and Restaurant.
